Can I select some contacts from the recipient list for a pitch and delete them from my media list?

Yes, you can find the feature in pitch detail page > Actions.

The selected contacts will be deleted from the corresponding containing media list displayed in the Media list column. If a contact is included in several lists, it won't be deleted from all those media lists, but only from the list displayed in the Media list column.
