When sending a pitch or press release, you can exclude some contacts from the list(s) you selected or contacts you approved if they were recipients of previous pitches or press releases. This could be helpful if you are sending a pitch or press release to a large number of contacts and are not sure if some of the recipients were contacted in the past.
How to do it:
1. In the Choose recipients step click Contacts to exclude.
2. Select the pitches and click Confirm. Any recipients of the selected pitches (if they happen to be in the lists you selected or contacts you approved for the current pitch) won't be able to receive your pitch.
3. In the review step, you can view how many contacts will be excluded.
